DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Impellam Group plc ("Impellam" or the "Company") - London AIM: IPEL; 15 March 2013

The Company has been informed that on 14 March 2013, Lincoln Jopp MC, non-executive director, purchased 2,298 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 435p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Jopp is interested in 2,298 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 0.005 per cent of Impellam's issued share capital.
