Board Change

Impellam Group plc, as part of the continued repositioning of the Group, today announces that Noël Harwerth, John Rowley and Valerie Scoular are stepping down from the Board of Directors as of 28 February 2011.

Each of these directors has been a director of Impellam since its formation in May 2008 as a result of its merger with Carlisle Group Limited and acquisition of The Corporate Services Group plc ("CSG").

The Company wishes to place on record its gratitude to each of these individuals for their service to both Impellam and CSG prior to the Group's acquisition of CSG in May 2008.

Cheryl Jones, Chairman, commented:

 "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Noël, John and Valerie for their commitment and contributions to the success of the Group over the past two and a half years. Each of them has been extraordinarily supportive of the Group and myself. Their roles in the turnaround of the business have been vital. They have always been willing to lend their voice and expertise to solving what have at time been difficult issues. I would particularly like to thank Noël for chairing the Audit Committee and Valerie for chairing the Remuneration Committee. Both Committees have played a key role in establishing the high standards of Corporate Governance that will continue within the restructured Board. We wish them every success in the future."

Following this change, the Company's Board of Directors comprises:

Cheryl Jones - Chairman

Andrew Burchall - Group Finance Director

Kevin Mahoney - Non-Executive Director

Andrew Wilson - Non-Executive Director

The Chair of the Audit Committee will be taken by Kevin Mahoney and Andrew Wilson will Chair the Remuneration Committee.

The Board is evaluating new non-executive Board appointments as it determines the most appropriate structure for the Group's future development.
