Director's dealing in shares

The Company was informed today that Tony Grey (Non-Executive Chairman), Stephen Turner (Non-Executive Deputy Chairman), Chris Jordaan (Chief Executive Officer), Jannie Muller (Finance Director), Xiaoping Yang (Non-Executive Director), and Stephen Oke (Non-Executive Director) have today purchased shares in the company.

Tony Grey has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Grey holds a total of 1,566,667 shares in IFL representing 0.283% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stephen Turner has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Turner holds a total of 7,391,667 shares in IFL representing 1.334% of the Company's issued share capital.

Chris Jordaan has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Jordaan holds a total of 300,000 shares in IFL representing 0.054% of the Company's issued share capital.

Xiaoping Yang has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Yang holds a total of 266,667 shares in IFL representing 0.048% of the Company's issued share capital.

Stephen Oke has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.51 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Oke holds a total of 250,000 shares in IFL representing 0.045% of the Company's issued share capital.

Jannie Muller has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.25 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Muller holds a total of 250,000 shares in IFL representing 0.045% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed on 6 November, that on 30 October Terry Willsteed (Non-Executive Director) purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.00 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Willsteed holds a total of 1,350,000 shares in IFL representing 0.244% of the Company's issued share capital.
