Notification of Director's interest

Cupid plc received notification on 23 October 2012 that Mark Doughty, Finance Director of the Company, exercised on that date share options over 600,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") and sold 610,228 shares at an average selling price of 202.08p per share.

The exercise prices of the share options were as follows: 181,334 share options at an exercise price of 16.25p per share, 131,666 share options at an exercise price of 94p per share and 287,000 share options at an exercise price of 109p per share. The options exercised relate to options granted between June and December 2010.

Mark Doughty retains a shareholding of 24,650 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds a further 777,667 share options in the Company.
