Hastings Group Holdings plc (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company refers to its announcement made on 21 February 2017 in relation to the acquisition of a holding of 29.9 per cent in the Company (the "Transaction") by Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Main Street 1353 Proprietary Limited.
As a result of the Transaction, the Company announces it has been notified that on 1 March 2017, Richard Brewster, Director of the Company disposed of 9,000,001 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for £2.48 per share.
Following the disposal, Richard Brewster continues to have an interest in 9,133,222 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
