Hogg Robinson Group plc30 June 2011 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Issued Share Capital and Total Voting Rights
Following the receipt of forms of exercise under the Company's Share Option Plan, the Company has allotted 201,713 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in satisfaction of rights arising from those exercises.
The total issued share capital of the Company is now therefore 308,809,365 ordinary shares, each of which carries one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Hogg Robinson Group plc is now accordingly 308,809,365.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hogg Robinson Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
