01 August 2008 Hogg Robinson Group plc ("the Company") Directors' interest in shares

Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 01 August 2008 of the following change to Directors' interests.

As a result of an election to take the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008 in the form of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("ordinary shares") under the Company's scrip dividend arrangements ("the Scrip Dividend Alternative"), John Coombe, the Chairman of the Company, has been allotted 22,014 new ordinary shares in the Company.

As set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 17 June 2008, the price for each such ordinary share under the Scrip Dividend Alternative was 45.95p.

Following this allotment, Mr. Coombe holds 383,283 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company
