Hogg Robinson Group PLC17 August 2007 Hogg Robinson Group (the "Company") Directors' interest in shares Pursuant to awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") andCompany Share Option Plan ("CSOP") the following additional director's interestin the ordinary share capital of the Company is notified: 1) In addition to the shares previously held, David Radcliffe is nowadditionally interested in 212,733 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital ofthe Company awarded under the PSP and an option to acquire 425,465 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the capital of the Company under the CSOP. The vesting ofsuch shares are subject to the terms of the relevant plans including theperformance criteria as previously set out in the Prospectus published by theCompany on 9th October 2006.
