Hogg Robinson Group PLC21 December 2007 Hogg Robinson Group plc ("HRG", "the Group" or "the Company") BOARD CHANGE APPOINTMENT OF NEW GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company providinga range of services which add value to clients' corporate travel and relatedservices, today announces that Julian Steadman has been appointed Group FinanceDirector of HRG and joins the Board with immediate effect. Julian Steadman comes to HRG from Christian Salvesen plc, where he was GroupFinance Director since joining the company in 2003 until its recent sale. Aqualified accountant, he has considerable international experience, particularlyin the USA where he was based for some years. In line with the announcement made on 11 June 2007, the Group's former FinanceDirector, John Kennerley, has stepped down from the Board of HRG with immediateeffect and will leave the Company on 31 December 2007. David Radcliffe, Chief Executive of HRG, commented: "We are grateful to John Kennerley for having continued to serve the Companyduring the search for his successor. We wish him well for the future. "Julian Steadman brings a wealth of financial expertise to HRG.
