Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it has been notified that Stephen Gutteridge, Chairman, and Richard Swindells, Chief Financial Officer, of Nighthawk have today purchased a total of 412,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. The number of shares purchased and the resultant shareholding are set out below:
