Directorate change
The Company announces a change in its directorate with effect from 15 May 2012. David Malpica has been appointed as a non-executive director. David aggregates over 12 years of real estate principal investments experience. David is founding and managing partner of Kewbridge Capital Limited, advising and investing alongside institutional and private investors in real estate linked special situations, distress debt and equity transactions across Europe. Prior to founding Kewbridge Capital Limited, he was a director at Carval Investors, responsible for origination, execution and management of direct and indirect opportunistic real estate, distress and structured loan investments across Europe, with a special focus in Germany and Spain. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad Simon Bolivar, Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
