Supplement to Announcement on Result of AGM and Resolutions passed at AGM
Following on the Company's announcement published today regarding the results of the AGM and resolutions passed at the AGM, and to supplement the information on the resolution to increase the share capital of the Company and execute a share consolidation, further information is set out below.
The effective date of the share consolidation will be 12 May 2014. The consolidation will be made on a 10:1 basis. The total voting shares of the Company are 93,619,645 and following the consolidation, will be 9,361,964.
