Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Director Shareholdings

Goals announces that it has today been notified of the exercise of options at a price of 62 pence per ordinary share of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Share") each in the Company by Keith Rogers and William Gow, Directors of the Company.

Accordingly the Company has issued the new ordinary shares ("New Shares") detailed below:

Application has been made for these New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 15 April 2013. Following the issue of these New Shares, the Company has a total of 52,542,678 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of Keith Rogers and persons connected to him increased to 4,663,811 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially, and the shareholding of William Gow and persons connected to him increased to 1,843,970 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
