Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 6 April 2009 that Morris Payton and his wife had each sold 6,750 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 3 April 2009, representing 0.03% per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 143p per ordinary share.

Following this sale Morris Payton and persons connected to him are interested in 250,445 ordinary shares, representing 0.6 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
