Goals announces that on 29 March 2011 Morris Payton, a director of the Company, and his wife, Susan Payton a connected person, transferred a total of 15,206 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into Morris Payton's Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP').
Accordingly, a total of 15,206 Ordinary Shares were sold by Morris Payton and his wife at a price of 130.375p per share and a total of 15,206 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 130.375p per share.
Following these transactions, the shareholding of Morris Payton and persons connected to him is unchanged and they are interested in 242,376 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
