Gresham Computing plc("Gresham" or the "Company")Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company has today been notified that, on 9 October 2014, Ken Archer, Non-Executive Director and Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of £0.669 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Archer has a beneficial interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the current issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
