On 14 January 2009, the Company was notified of the following transaction that took place on that day, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 173,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares"), representing 0.33% of the outstanding share capital of the Company, at a price of 53 pence per Share. As a result, Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in Shares to 966,313, representing 1.83% of the outstanding share capital. Andrew Walton Green continues to hold options over 1,057,897 shares. Included in this total interest in Shares are 352,990 Shares held by his wife and children.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 52,850,890.
