Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that it received notice on 7 April 2020 that Mr Simon Stilwell, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 520.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 April 2020.
Following the above share sale, Mr Stilwell has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.02% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
