Director/PDMR Shareholding

Fenner PLC announces it was notified on 28 April 2010 that Colin Cooke, Chairman of the Company, and David Buttfield, a Non Executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 50,000 and 20,000 shares respectively issued under the Placing of New Ordinary Shares that was announced by the Company today ("Placing Shares").

Following Admission of the Placing Shares their respective holdings will be:-

Colin Cooke - 272,308 shares representing 0.1418% of the enlarged share capital

David Buttfield - 38,618 shares representing 0.0201% of the enlarged share capital
