Circular relating to the disposal of the Nicole Farhi business

Further to French Connection's announcement on 21 April 2010, the Circular was yesterday posted to the Company's shareholders and contains a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 June at 10 am at the Company's offices at 39 Camden Street, London NW1 0DX, at which, amongst other things, a resolution will be proposed to approve the disposal of the Nicole Farhi business.
Copies of the Circular containing the notice of the extraordinary general meeting have been submitted to the FSA and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
