Etalon Group Cancellation of Listing on London Stock Exchange
ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, hereby gives notice that, further to the announcement made by the Company on 18 July 2023, it proposes to proceed with the cancellation of the listing of its global depositary receipts ("GDRs") on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and to cancel the admission to trading of the GDRs on the main market for listed securities on the London Stock Exchange (together, the "Delisting").
The Company intends that the Delisting will take effect on 7 February 2024, effective as of 8:00 a.m. (London time). Accordingly, the last day of trading of the GDRs, issued under Regulation S (ISIN US29760G1031) and Rule 144A (ISIN US29760G2021), on the London Stock Exchange will be 6 February 2024.

Etalon Group's GDRs were listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 20 April 2011 and have been included in the Level 1 quotation list of Moscow Exchange since 31 January 2020 under the ticker ETLN. In July 2023, the Company completed the process of changing the basis for its listing on Moscow Exchange.
