EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a global technology innovator powering distributed, decarbonised, new energy infrastructure through its waste-to-value solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, and energy generation announces that Jeffrey Vander Linden, Chief Operating Officer, has today purchased 6,673,864 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 0.074 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Accordingly, Jeffrey Vander Linden's total holding in the Company is 28,234,778 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.24% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Jeffrey Vander Linden is interested in, in aggregate, 176,931,818 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
