Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, at 30 November 2016 the total number of Ordinary Shares of 1 pence par value in the Company was 128,763,931, each with voting rights. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 128,763,931.
The above figure of 128,763,931 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ediston Property Investment Company PLC, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
