As announced on 15 February 2024, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

2. Hari S. Bhartia
has acquired 8,360 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from market purchases on 14 February 2024 aggregating to 137,681,389 Ordinary Shares in total (which is equal to 93,92% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
