Director/PDMR Shareholding

26 June 2014 - Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that Mr Ewan Phillips, Chief Executive, has informed the Company that he has exercised options over 435,416 shares under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") scheme.

Following the exercise Mr. Phillips owns 2,045,189 ordinary shares, representing 0.96 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") to occur on or around 1 July 2014. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 212,357,589. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
