Contract Renewal

Communisis renews Managed Service contract with Barclays for a third successive term

Leading Marketing Services Provider, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS) is pleased to announce that it has renewed its contract with Barclays Bank plc ("Barclays"), its largest customer, following a competitive review process. This renewal extends Communisis' relationship with Barclays, which commenced in 2002, to December 2015.

Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Communisis will provide Barclays with a range of marketing services, print and print management from both its Intelligence Driven Communications ("IDC") and Specialist Production & Sourcing ("SPS") businesses.

Communisis provides Barclays with a combination of integrated marketing technologies, campaign management expertise and multi-channel delivery capabilities, which allow the bank to create, issue and measure its customer communications more quickly, more effectively and at an attractive cost.
