Annual Information Update ("AIU")

3 April 2007

Communisis plc published its Annual Report on 26 March 2007 and, therefore, in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, the Company submits its Annual Information Update which refers to information that has been published or made available to the public in the 12 months since the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 April 2006 up to and including the date of this announcement. This AIU will also be available in the Investor Section of our website at www.communisis.com.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 27(3) of the Prospectus Directive Regulation, it is acknowledged that some of the information referred to in this update was up to date at the time the information was published but may now be out of date. To avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document the information is referred to in summary in this update rather than included in full.
