Director Shareholdings
The Company has received notifications pursuant to paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that a number of its Directors have subscribed for ordinary shares of one pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which were allotted on 7 December 2012 and admitted to trading on 11 December 2012.
Each Director named below was allotted the number of Ordinary Shares listed opposite their name at a cost of 245.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
