Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 16 and 17 April 2020:
(a) Tim Davies, Chief Executive Officer, purchased in aggregate 15,218 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); and
(b) Neil Austin, Group Finance Director, purchased in aggregate 12,750 Ordinary Shares.
Following these purchases, Tim Davies held an interest in 359,019 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital and Neil Austin had an interest in 287,229 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
