CloudCall (AIM: CALL), a leading cloud-based software business that integrates voice communications into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, has been notified that Andrew Jones, Executive Director, today purchased 10,643 ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 93.95 pence per share into his SIPP.
Following the transaction, Andrew Jones has a total beneficial interest in 81,331 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
