Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") IRREVOCABLE UNDERTAKINGS Herzeliya, Israel, 17 October 2013: Further to the Company's announcement on 16 October 2013 (the "16October 2013Announcement") in relation to the proposed transfer of its listing category onthe Official List from premium (commercial company) to standard listing, theCompany has received irrevocable undertakings from certain Emblaze Shareholdersand holders of Depository Interests representing, in aggregate, approximately54.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of Emblaze, to vote in favour ofthe Transfer Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
