Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that it was notified on 19 August 2010 that awards over its ordinary shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan were granted on 19 August 2010 to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2002.

The participants are not required to make any payment for the shares, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2010.
