Report 13/2017: on dividend
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs, that on 19th April, 2017 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank made the Resolution on the distribution of net profit of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna for the year 2016 ("Resolution").
According to the Resolution:
1) the amounted dividend is 2,278,239,895.12 PLN (say: two billion two hundred seventy eight million two hundred thirty nine thousand eight hundred ninety five PLN 12/100), which represents the 99,99% of the Bank's net profit,
2) the dividend value per one Bank's share amounts 8.68 PLN (say: eight 68/100 PLN),
3) the date of dividend's day has been fixed on 21st June 2017 and the dividend's pay-out day has been fixed on 6th July 2017.
Total number of Bank's shares entitled to dividend amounts 262,470,034.
Legal basis: § 38 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent dated 19 February 2009 (unified text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
