Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator has been informed that Patrick Willcocks, Company Secretary purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 178.73 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Patrick Willcocks now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 189,270 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.17% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company."
