Archial Group Plc (AIM: ARL), the architects and design business,Β has been notifiedΒ on 3Β April2009Β thatΒ Sir Rodney Walker, non executive ChairmanΒ purchasedΒ 25,000 ordinary shares ofΒ 0.5Β pence each ("Ordinary Shares")Β at Β£0.06363Β per share, onΒ 2Β AprilΒ 2009 and that heΒ purchased 175,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ at Β£0.08Β per share, onΒ 3Β AprilΒ 2009
The Group hasΒ beenΒ notified thatΒ Chris Littlemore, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 75,000 Ordinary SharesΒ at Β£0.08 per share, on 3Β AprilΒ 2009.
The Group has also been notified that Robert Boardman,Β Corporate Development Director,Β soldΒ 250,000 Ordinary SharesΒ at Β£0.08 per share, on 3Β AprilΒ 2009.
