Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company has been notified today that on 12 April, 2016 Laura Carstensen, Non-Executive Director, reinvested the dividends she received from her holding in the Company. She received 106 Ordinary Shares at a price of 71.67 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the reinvestment, Mrs Carstensen is the beneficial owner of 9,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
