DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Air Partner announces that after almost four years with the Company, Gavin Charles its Chief Finance Officer will leave the Company on 30 April 2014 to further his career elsewhere.

The Company has engaged Odgers Berndtson, one of the UK's pre-eminent executive search firms, to assist in the search process for a Chief Finance Officer to be appointed as soon as practical.
