Director's share transfer

ANGLE plc ("ANGLE"), which focuses on the commercialisation of technology, announces that it has received notification from Andrew Newland, Chief Executive of ANGLE, regarding the transfer of ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

The Company was notified on 26 October 2011 that on the same day Andrew Newland transferred off market 69,204 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his personal pension fund at a price of 72.25 pence per share.

There is no change to Mr Newland's beneficial interest in the Company, which following this notification remains at 7,054,686 Ordinary Shares representing 19.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
