(1)11,125,000 shares have been cancelled at par value of NTD 10, and the reduction of NTD 111,250,000 in capital was done for total this time.
(2)Before capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD 30,965,678,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 3,096,567,828. Net worth per share was NTD 20.83.
(3)After capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD 30,854,428,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 3,085,442,828. Net worth per share was NTD 20.84.
