Close Brothers Development VCT PLC's capital as atΒ 30Β JuneΒ 2008Β consists ofΒ 32,438,309Β Ordinary shares with a nominal value ofΒ 50p each, with voting rights. Close Brothers Development VCT PLC holdsΒ 2,085,833Β Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close Brothers Development VCT PLC isΒ 30,352,476Β Ordinary shares.
The figure of 30,352,476Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Close Brothers Development VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
