I think most shorts will be looking to close by close of business Friday to save getting locked in, hopefully the recovery or at least holding a position can start for many shares out there.

Sharebel, I fear even if they took decisive action today they have already started a very large bolder hurtling downhill and only stopping production completely for a few weeks would have a chance of stopping the momentum.

Nobody is buying anything right now, every company (oil ) is battening down the hatches looking at cost saving and dividends to protect the balance sheet. I am also considering removing some of my cash back into my bank account from my trading platform as who knows what services are going to be effected and how long this could go on for. I certainly don't see any of my portfolio in positive territory this side of Christmas 2020. There will be buyouts but not until we are safely into recovery and the full fallout is not in sight yet certainly not to me. The world will recover and so will SP valuations that's almost certain but what companies will be left or sectors greatly reduced will be interesting to see. I have money here that I won't move as I certainly think we are well positioned but I don't want to see any more investment by the board unless it's to maintain % in what we have right now. Went to Lidl this morning, two pallets of toilet roll at the front, one person has two 18 packs in their trolley and two others had one pack each. There were around 25 people in the building and nobody else had toilet rolls, no big queues two checkout open and quick in and out. I didn't buy toilet roll either, I guess it depends where you live and how selfish/stupid the shoppers in your area are.

Don't get me wrong I am in I topped up £20K a few weeks ago so looking for an average down if it's .4 it's still good for me.

If it was me I would hold off taking the pension as it doesn't have to be drawn straight away (depending on value in July) even if you had the money earmarked to pay off the rest of the mortgage e.g. it might be better paying the mortgage interest for another year or two as rates are so low and waiting for the recovery of the pension value. PDMS you have to realise a lot of people have shuffled their portfolios in recent times there is a lot of rebalancing of risk to be done. Yes this is a great price and if you got your hands on a fortune yesterday or today then you're very lucky. You don't come across well at all on this forum maybe step back a little and look for the glass half full.

I am not buying back in I made my decision even under 10p sorry to burst your bubble. I posted a link with no negative headline and it's from today's papers if anyone wants to read. I think it is always nice to share, of course I am interested to see where the company goes and if you guy's get a buy out offer or the price goes up as I want to know if I made the right decision for my own development as a small PI. I won't be buying cineworld either as the risk to complete loss of my capital is not something I put on the line. I have been open and honest about my decisions and have posted nothing negative here I waited for the update like everyone else and made a decision right or wrong I don't know that's the gamble but I do feel better today having made a tough call to sell at a loss.

I had it on my watch list for many months and the RNS was a blinder, saw the opportunity to get in under placing price so took the plunge on what I knew at the time.... Trump I didn't see coming which in literal terms would be impossible :-D

Nice trade, yes I was a day too early but hey ho in the long term grand scheme I am sure I will be o.k. :-D
