Concert Party Update
At the time of the Company's admission to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List in October 2017, various shareholders were deemed to be acting in concert, further details of which are provided in the Silver Falcon plc prospectus which can be viewed on the Company's website. It has now been agreed with the Takeover Panel that this original concert party can be broken up into two smaller concert parties and several individual shareholders, none of which are interested in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of the Company.

Poss creeping up towards the opening of he American market, just in case news drops.......if no news probably fall back again and trade up and down which we have seen this morning. If momentum continues into this evening close, could be because of the expected news tomorrow.

First thing we will have a RNS with the Results, followed immediately by another RNS which will contain update news on all fronts except the licencing. Then later in the day when America wakes up, we will receive another RNS with update news on licencing.
This is only my view how things will pan out tomorrow and have no prior knowledge of these events.

For lots of news next week. Will get the Results on Wednesday followed by additional news on all fronts of progress on the licensing, Covid etc. Vlad doesn’t just let the board increase the price of his option shares if he doesn’t think big news is coming very soon!! Think next week could be a very big week for Hemo and a few surprises to be released in the progress!! Watch this space!!

30th Sept Half year results announced, usually on the same day more news is announced at the same time. Could this be the day when we are all waiting for and hear alot more about licencing etc........its only my guess of when the next big bit of news may hit!!
