I am rather inclined to follow AJW as I believe him to be a fairly unbiased punter.
Ok so we have our own ideas and AJW is no different however I do respect the
reasoned approach and factual aspect he attaches to unbiased opinions

Hi Papillon1..like you I have gained the same impression following recent interviews.
The older board members have lots of experience which PH seems to lack.
All part of my research...I’m not here because of PH..more so Georgia, our licence area, our results+ those of others ie Frr..+ the comments of other board members.
This has the potential to be massive....in the long term...but dyor

For education purposes..many years ago I took out a library book on “speed reading”
Returning the book a week overdue the librarian said with a smirk..” well that didn’t work did it “

GENERAL MEETINGS
73. The Company shall, within one year of its incorporation and in each year of its existence thereafter hold a general meeting as its annual general meeting and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it. The annual general meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Directors shall appoint and if no other time and place is prescribed by them, it shall be held at the principal office on the second Thursday in April of each year at 10 a.m. At these meetings, the report of the Directors (if any) shall be presented.

Matteh87..is it not in the articles of association or something like that..not sure with non uk companies..perhaps I’m thinking of annual accounts. When I ran my own business remember accountant completed agm and year accounts with me but that’s uk. Cheers Matte
