Yep they have their own agenda to pick the shares from the weak.

I’m in ADME (just a little profit left over), I’ve heard why he left but haven’t seen proof!

Ask yourself why would he do it again?
No company would want to every be involved with him if he did it again.
Any company that did would be un-investable to the stock market.
