Carparks, roofs of industrial buildings and large infrastructure, even some roads such as dual carriage ways, some bridges etc could be used as solar farm, all or most already connected to the grid (farm land is not or barely). The amount of options are wide and to consider farmland is lazy.

The volume is historically low. BMN used to average easily over 10million stocks traded per day and very rarely under 5 million. Under 5 million i now the norm at a massively lower mcap. So no it is not factual.
