Remote Monitored Systems higher as Pharm 2 Farm anticipates excess demand for antiviral face masks26 Nov 2020 09:21
The company said over the weekend P2F signed binding heads of terms with a manufacturer of surgical masks in Germany, which will subcontract to supply complete masks to P2F to the P2F specification and brand name and also purchase P2F filter material for their own brand masks.
Under the terms, the manufacturer will also develop and supply anti-viral C-Fold masks using P2F filter material to extend P2F's market reach, subject to a final contractual agreement between the parties.
In a separate announcement, RMS also said a consultant providing business development and sales and marketing services in relation to Pharm 2 Farm has elected to receive new ordinary shares in the RMS in lieu of fees rather than the cash amount otherwise due. As a result of this, 10mln new RMS shares will be issued to the consultant and application will be made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM, with the date of admission expected around November 20. (so just a delay )
