BB2 thanks for the post.
But in all fairness if investores are giving him some stick...(not abuse) then he should do an RNS and tell us whats going on, because as far as i can see the company have missed 2 filing deadlines and have had to ask for extensions and that down to miss managment, as they know the regulations, so he should man up and keep his investors updated.

meow we can hope, but i think untill the audit is done, then the company can file all relevant docs to the FCA for relist its looking after the AGM, but would be happy for ART to prove me wrong.
