I'm thinking of moving over my shares from HL to Halifax, and just wondered how the vote election works.

i.e. if I vote yes now on existing Halifax shares and then increase my holding, does the election count for the added shares? Or will I have the headache of contacting Halifax again?

I'm in the same boat with Halifax, nothing under corp actions.

Managed to vote through Hargreaves Lansdown for the shares I hold with them, but will try to get in touch with Halifax tomorrow.

This seems to be very bad management on their behalf, we'll just have to hope not a high percentage of shares held with them so we can hit the targeted percentage.

Checked both Halifax and Hargreaves Lansdown and nothing on either yet about the vote...anyone else still waiting?
