LONDON (Alliance News) - Early stage-focused investment company Vela Technologies PLC said on Thursday it has invested GBP200,000 into Vibe Group Holdings Ltd, the holding company of Vibe Tickets Ltd and Vibe Pay Ltd.
This was part of an overall fundraise by Vibe Group to raise GBP700,000. Following the investment, Vela now holds 5,674 shares in Vibe Group, reflecting a 4% interest.
Vibe Tickets is an online marketplace for tickets on leisure events, and Vibe Pay is a payments platform offering direct to bank money transfers.
Shares in Vela Technologies were up 0.4% at 0.53 pence on Tuesday.
