(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Corero Network Security PLC - defence against denial of service cyber attacks - Hires Lionel Chmilewsky as chief executive officer designate, starting on Friday. Chmilewsky will take over as CEO from Ashley Stephenson on July 1. Stephenson will move over to chief technology officer, remaining on the board. Chmilewsky was most recently CEO of Cambridge Broadband Networks Ltd. Corero also hires Neil Pritchard as finance director, from Friday. Pritchard was financial director at CML Microsystems PLC. Andrew Miller steps down as chief financial officer of Corero but remains as a non-executive director. CML had announced Pritchard's departure back in November, saying at the time he had resigned "to pursue other career opportunities". It later said Non-Executive Chair Nigel Clark would take on the additional role of finance director while it reviews its finance function.

Carclo PLC - engineering - Promotes Non-Executive Director Joe Oatley to chair, effective immediately. Oatley is the former CEO of industrial services firm Cape PLC. He joined Carclo board in July 2018 and also is on the board of construction company Wates Group Ltd. Carclo said that since Mark Rollins left as chair on March 24, the Covid-19 crisis has delayed the search for a permanent replacement, so Oatley agreed to be chair until a longer-term replacement is found. "The board believes that it is essential to have a chairman in place given the current challenging market environment and the need to secure a long-term financing position for the group," Carclo said.

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - car maker - Michael de Picciotto joins board immediately as representative non-executive director of Yew Tree Consortium. De Picciotto is vice chair of supervisory board of Engel & Volkers AG. He has waived his board fee for 2020. Yew Tree is a company controlled by lead investor and new Aston Martin chair Lawrence Stroll.

ECO Animal Health Group PLC - livestock vaccines - Hires Frank Armstrong as non-executive director. Armstrong already is non-executive chair of Faron Pharmaceutical Oy and Caldan Therapeutics Ltd.

Tristel PLC - infection prevention - Hires Isabel Napper as non-executive director. Napper was a partner at law firm Mills & Reeve and currently is a non-executive director of SDI Group PLC.

Vaalco Energy Inc - exploration and development in West Africa - William Thomas resigns as president and from board with immediate effect. His "resignation was not in connection with any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices," it notes.
